Welcome!

Mama's Online Cafe is about women helping women achieve a healthy balance in their lives.  We live in a busy wold with alot of demands on us and our time.  When's the last time you stopped long enough to fill your cup? 

We are always rushing from one demand to another, dealing with kids, parents, teachers, bosses, etc and usually are too busy doing for others and neglecting ourselves in the process.
